Multi-Cavity & Hot Runner Technology

Hot runner systems eliminate sprue waste and shorten cycle times, while precise temperature zone control and flow balance analysis ensure that fill pressure, temperature, and shrinkage are highly consistent across all cavities. We use mold flow analysis software to optimize gate locations and runner layouts in advance, avoiding defects such as weld lines, trapped air, and warpage. This ensures that every batch of hundreds of parts meets medical-grade dimensional tolerance requirements.
